Valentine’s Day at EAV

Valentine’s Day is an annual holiday celebrated on February 14 in several countries throughout the world, including Mexico, France, England, Australia, the United States. Originating as a Western Christian feast day honoring one early saint named Valentinus, a priest in Rome devoted to marrying soldiers. In the United States, about 190 million Valentine’s Day cards are sent each year. Today is a wonderful opportunity to show appreciation for people we love, not only boyfriends and girlfriends, but friends, family members and, of course, teachers and students!
